Flexible office spaces for customized interior design are more than just an ordinary office building. Okęcie Business Center is a five-story office building located in the immediate vicinity of the Okęcie Business Center. The main structure consists of floors between -1 and 3/4. Above the ground floor, modern independent offices are arranged, equipped with practical and functional social facilities. Parking spaces and technical rooms for building maintenance were placed on the underground level.

In order to organize and fully utilize the rental space, two top floors were designed with two-story offices with a mezzanine. High finishing standards and the possibility of flexible space arrangement provide tenants with comfortable working conditions. The building was fully leased and sold to an external entity.
