Over the years, we have carried out real estate purchases based on various business models. Currently, we focus on land designated for multi-family residential buildings.

We prefer property purchases, but we are also open to other forms of cooperation because we value the comfort and safety of both parties. When collaborating on a project, we do not limit ourselves to undeveloped land; we are also interested in demolitions and/or revitalizations.
